Declining first home buyers, low clearance rates at auctions, lack of affordability, rents staying flat, over reliance on construction… hmmm keeping in mind this warning came about in 2007 for Ireland and that the trouble didn’t really rear its ugly head in 2010… should I infer that perhaps Australia’s property market still has a couple of years left before shit really hits the fan?

Something to mull about.
