What’s worse then HIV?

Today I stumbled upon the following article about Nick Scott, who has recently been sent to pasture in a nursing home because of HIV related complications, namely dementia caused by anti -retro viral drugs. Nick is only 38. You can read his story here –

Its cases like these I wish someone had sent the following link to Nick Scott and/or his family –

Perhaps after just browsing around the sites content and being curious they may have come to a different perspective on HIV and its cause, perhaps even questioned whether HIV even exists. If you can’t wait for the DVD to land on your doorstep, you might be able to watch it on YouTube if it hasn’t been taken down already.

I am no expert on HIV so I can only urge people who are affected by it either directly or indirectly to read widely and as much as you can. Question everything. There are always two sides to the story. In the name of being objective the following site proposes to rebut the many assertions and claims made from House of Numbers –

I am naturally drawn to the conclusions made by House of Numbers, if only because of my own experience working in Government. Any time big money from Government is involved, you can bet it will not be free from political motivations and agenda’s, whether intentional or not.

Which reminds me of another similar scientific hot topic these days circling around our own prime minister, at least it’s not the “greatest moral issue of her time”

Finally, what is so ironic, yet sad about Nick Scott’s case is when you learn about the side effects of some of the HIV drugs he is taking. The article says and I quote, “He [Nick] says one of the drugs has given him a brain disease called superficial siderosis, which he describes as “worse than HIV””

Worse than HIV eh? – If it’s worse than HIV I’d know which outcome I’d pick.
