Been in discussions with a mate who is looking at getting an online presence with her small but growing business in Canberra. She runs Raw Capers, a homemade goodie producer of raw cakes, raw sweets, and raw vegetable chips. I never imagine raw capsicum crisps could taste soooo good! The real winner are her raw cacao cakes, it combines a number of super foods into the mix, such as raw cacao, coconut oil, almond and some secret ingredients which give it the unique Raw Caper flavour. She’s been experimenting with different recipes for the past 10 freaking years!!!! There is real passion in the food and you can taste it. Competitors are coming on the scene but none with the know how that Raw Capers has cultivated.
She has a fan page on facebook for her goodie goodie yum yums. Just search for Raw Capers on facebook and you can join in on her creations.
At the moment, she has been under the pump, she is building a new physical environment to house the raw capers business, plus being a doting mum, fulfilling orders, running the admin and trying to organise workshops in the future… she is literally a super one woman band of gastronomical proportions!!!
Ok so where can you taste this sublime experience that is Raw Capers super foods… well at the moment you can only get the products in a limited number of cafes. ‘As nature intended’ is one of them, the other ones I need to confirm… (sorry but I wrote this post in haste because I simply wanted to get the message out). In the next post I will have full details and salivating pictures to share!!!!
You can check out more on RawCapers on my other blog.
